Probably the weirdest way that I have lit a cigar is with toothpicks. I was in my car with only a bic lighter. I had ruined one cigar by using a bic and I swore I would never do that again. I ended up finding a box of toothpicks and deciding that they were really just labor intensive matches. Totally worth the extra effort
