Stitch, I am afraid you are a in a class all by yourself! You are one classy guy. There is much to be admired by you. Having spent most of my life in Yavapai County, I know the lifestyle you have led/lead and know the character you posses is a dying breed.

I have spent quite some time with cow punches (my dad was a hand on the Wilkinson spread, he worked for both Jap and Jay). The brotherhood exhibited here is much the same as the brotherhood of cowboys. I am blessed to say I have experienced both.
