On to this topic. Cory sorry to hear your experience wasn't all that you thought it would be. It sounds like you were offered several fair choices. I'm betting that they can't offer you more than 15% since they need to return the damaged product to get their money back. The 15% is probably most of their overhead and is prob the best they can do. I have ordered from them before and had nothing but great things to say!

Perhaps you can just use a clean cooler for now until you can return the humi and get a new one in better shape? That would really be an easy short term fix. I know you wanted a nice humi to show off your sticks, but $hit happens and its not the vendors fault that Canada can't ship a package to ya... (cheap shot I know...)
