Fine session. Did some shoulder rehab exercises and fooled around with different movements to see what hurt and what didn't. Turns out that even after a warmup, the right shoulder pops 1/2 way down on a flat bench press. Any kind of rotation (i.e., arm bent at elbow with forearm 90 degrees to my chest) going from front to up (e.g., with a Cuban rotation) hurts.
Deadlifts felt nice today, though.

That stretch on my shoulder doesn't feel bad at all. In fact, it feels a little good. Now, if I tried to shrug it at the top, then I'd be in some trouble.
Today is my first day trying ON Pro Complex, too, FWIW.
