As a relative newb to MW I have a couple questions:
- What's the difference between "icing" someone, and actually killing them?
- I've purchased robbery protection on all my properties--how do you rob someone? Do you have to be a higher level than I currently am?
- I've assisted some members on Russian jobs, and get paid in R$'s. Can't see it in my account--will that money be there when I get high enough to open the Moscow levels?
- Some guy attacked me yesterday who had completed 0 jobs but had over 1300 wins. wtf?

you will get the R$ when you travel to Russia (I may be actually headed there on Monday) same with Cuba (C$)
