Not saying that it wasn't. Just pointing out a question that you might get asked.

Was it sent to a PO box or street address? If it went to a po box, it might never show in the computer as mis-delivered (stuffed accidentally in the box next to the intended recipient).

Anyway, just something to consider. I'm sure the postmaster can be of more assistance than any of us here.
