I would call them up and tell them you are canceling their service because of them dropping Versus. Then they should give you the NHL center ice for free and/or monthly off on your bill. Doesn't hurt to try
Worked last season for me on direct tv for NFL Sunday ticket due to the Lions getting blacked out all the time. I called, complained, got a credit and Sunday ticket for free
Now I have Dishnetwork so I get Versus.
