I also like the fact that Famous Smoke shop lists ALL customer reviews on cigars....not just the positive reviews....I posted a review on CI several months ago, albeit a negative one, and was censored....>
they didn't even post it! I think most adults are smart enough to read reviews, both negative and positive, and formulate their own opinion...I think that allowing both negative and positive reviews on retailer's websites increases their crediblity and transparency.....
