Only thing relating to 'tasting' would be the sensory, which is prolly just a lecture.
Either way the history of it will be fun. Beer, spirits, and wine are big in this part of the US. I do enough tasting on my own. Knowing the ins and outs could be interesting.
Oh and the best part of all.... no class on Fridays

Not sure how my schedule worked out that way.
