session was cut short when, at the bottom of a squat, I heard my shorts rip.

I did manage to get in some good stiff-legged deads (worked up to and down from 300 even) and a couple sets of 225 squats. I planned to get in some more squats and some leg presses; but I was too embarrassed that I "smitdavi'd" in public.
