I must say that the 3GS is worlds above the 3G IMO. The voice search functionality in multiple applications alone is worth the price of admission. Nothing like saying "Phoenix area malls" in Google and having it auto-search EXACTLY what I said. Also searching for songs/artists etc and playing them all through voice control is Awesome
