Pretty sure this is not a rules violation.
I have been unable to have center ice for the past year do to agreement with the wife. Basically I work swing shift and miss most games. As a result I found a site that allows me to watch the games on my computer either when in the office or the car using a data cable from my phone.
Anyway if you are ever find yourself out or unable to watch a game at home I recommend the site
