What RH are you storing them at?
I keep all of my cigars at 65% and while I have definitely had tight lanceros, for the most part mine smoke fine.
Sometime if it is close to the head, you can massage it to loosen it up a little. If that doesn't work, you probably have to pitch it sadly enough.
Nothing worse than puffing a lancero to death. When they burn hot the flavor goes south real quick.
The Illusione and Tatuaje lanceros I have smoked have drawn fine, same with the DPG blue label lanceros. I have had some tight el triunfador though.
