I will guess Perdomo Reserve 10th Anniversary Maduro. If you go to the Cigars International web site and click on big list of cigars, cigars are listed by brand and if you click on the brand, there is a picture of the cigars and bands. The above named cigar seems to have a band such as you are describing. Hope this helps Scott.
