I eat great throughout the day, smaller portions and low carb and fat. Then I blow it all before bed with less healthy stuff 'cause I'm starving. I need a new plan too.
Actually I think it's more routine/habit than anything. I'm smoking and drinking...I just need to change back to nuts and other healthy snacks from the cookies and candy.
