Supersets day. back and chest again. Went relatively heavy for all the reps I was doing.
T-bar rows/Bench press x 5 ss
Wide pulldowns/30* bench x 4 ss
High pulls/Incline bench x 4 ss
Cable rows/Dips x 2 ss
I may stop detailing the specifics of the workouts for awhile as we wait for some guys to heal (C'mon Bob, heal!

) and others to join in. I'll still give general info and any out of the ordinary circumstances. And try to answer anything I can as well.
