Yeah, that was a shitload of sets, Bob, I was working fast so it didn't seem so at the time … but when I looked at it typed here.... well, I'm a masochist.
Skipped the weights and did 55 1/2 minutes of hills on the Precor bike, then hit the abs and stuff.
