Another short day trying to get back some rhythm. Hoping the Doc clears me for legs soon, hit upper body again for a quick workout.

Bent Over Rows x 5
Cambered bar curls x 3
Skullcrushers x 3
Dead hangs
Back in Saturday or Sunday depending how I feel.
