Awesome workout today. Did my finishing exercises only for each body part, but went heavier and more reps (obviously) than when I use them as finishers. Crazy good pump, completely soaked after, and feel good heading into my 4 day break.
Did about 5 sets per body part, too much to list. It was lots.
