Roasted a blend last Sunday of equal parts Guatemala Premium Frijanes, Ethiopia Halo Bariti, and PNG Arokara in my new Aillio Bullet. Amazingly complex and fruity, medium acidity and syrupy mouthfeel. Loving this roaster!
