Hit legs today, gassed but still managed to train alright.
Didn't want to push the weights so kept it about 80% 1rm
Front squats 4x6
Platz leg press - 10x feet higher and 10x feet lower - 4 sets
Lying leg curls - seated leg extensions 4x12
