Well, that arm workout kinda sucked.
Actually it was really the bi workout that sucked. I was mentally into it but my body was cooperating with either strength or gas. Did the best I could, but definitely ready for a day or two off.
Cambered bar curls 5 sets
Olympic bar curls 4 sets
Preacher curls 4 sets
Tris went a lot better, in both strength and endurance. So I got that, which was nice.
Close grip bench 5 sets
Skull crushers 5 sets
Cable pushdowns 4 sets
Working out vicariously through you guys this weekend, gimmie sumpthin', huh?
