Breasties. Not too bad, didn't go too heavy.
Flat bb 5x3
Incline DB 3x10-12
Fly machine 3x12
Weighted dips 3xfailure
Did some side delts in between sets as well, probably ended up doing more sets than normal.
Hit some triceps. DB overhead and some close grip v presses.
