So I went back to the gym to get some cardio in .... aaaaaand deadlifted first lol
I used straps so idk if it counts as a PR but I pulled a really smooth 500. First time ever trying 500 so I was psyched it came up at all much less as smoothly as it did. Tiny bit of difficulty locking out but did indeed lock ... so I'm pretty psyched that my back can handle it!
