Can't go to the movies w/o popcorn, Charlie. I don't go to the cinema often, but when I do, I get my sodium limit for the month.
Lots of pain with the (good) shoulder today. Did sets of 13-18 reps with 205 on bench, added a couple sets at 225 and 245, trying to get some work in without doing more damage.
Incline bench set at 185 for reps, with a couple at 205 and 225.
Decline bench 225, 245, 275, 225.
That's all the pain I could take.
