Default Re: David Bowie Dead at 69

I've been thinking. We who witnessed Elvis, survived the British Invasion, cheered or booed when Dylan went electric, got blown away by Jimi and Janis, saw Cali morph from surfer tunes through SF Summer of Love and LA Lizard King, dropped and dropped out from Woodstock and Altamont . . . we thought we'd seen it all, and could not be surprised again. Tull didn't. Zeppelin didn't. Floyd didn't. But Bowie? He did. Then he did it again. Then, he did it again! And again! That alone is notable.
