First day of taking Karbolyn and I just felt great the entire time I was training. Coach has me upping my carbs to 300g a day. It's tough for me to get 200 in so I added Karboyln in while I train.

Seated row using neautral grip
Stiff arm lat pull down 7x8-15 w/45 sec rest
Incline DB press
Incline DB flies
Seated cable flies - seated press - push ups 5x10-15 w/45 sec rest
All sets were 4x8-15 unless noted.
