Today was Day85 of SED and I managed to do my new front squat PR for a 3sec pause. I got 275 ytrdy but it was a continuous movement squat. Today I hit the pause and had to fight it hard but got it back up. For some reason a front PR doesn't feel like a PR until I can pause it.
Sumo deads and chest press (machine) today. Followed by 30min of elliptical.
