I would piece it together, you will get better quality for your buck, may pay a bit more but it will last longer so cheaper in the long run. Lots of blogs and info on the best rods and reels, in my opinion there are a few companies that you just can't go wrong even with their entry level stuff, usually great quality and warranties.
