Adam, the meat hooks are working quite well for me.
I really love how they boost capacity.
This coming weekend I plan on having a dozen half chickens on the cooker.
The Pit Barrel is only a 30 gallon drum.
The only things I worry about hanging is ribs, but everything I've read says they won't fall or burn.
It is quickly becoming my favorite cooker.
