Seated rows - 3 sets of 6
Pull-ups - 3 sets to failure
Lat Pulldown - 3x10
Flat DB press - 4 sets of 6
Standing shoulder press - 3 sets of 8
EZ bar curls - 3 sets of 10
Skull crushers - 3 sets of 10
Weighted Dips - 3 sets to failure
Played some 4 on 4 basketball for about 40 minutes afterwards too
