Well, I'm saddened that no others have been here in my absence...
Life got
a bit hectic for a while there, but I survived and am back again!
Since the last check in:
- I was down 1.4 pounds. Resonable, I guess.
- Ended up in the Hospital (freak issue...) for Memorial Day weekend.
- After being cleaned-out and scoped(!), I was down 3 pounds.
Last week I was up .4 pounds. Heck, that's a glass of water...
I feel I'm doing okay so far this week, so I just need to be mindful.
Weekends at Camp do not seem to be helpful for my diet. Fridays have been dinner at the Pavilion, and less walking due to the rain.
