Well week 1 went good, and I ended up being down 9 pounds!

I stayed with the high-fluids, and we have been including a lot of fruits and veggies, which weren't there before.

Week 2, wasn't so good.
Went to a NErf Memorial event, and grabbed a couple of BK burgers en-route. Just the burgers. And then again on Tuesday, as it was another long-day/late-night with work and school.

I also blame my watch, and the fact that I was wearing a long-sleeve shirt, to the fact that I gained weight in week two.
Up 0.6 pounds.....
