In the state on South Carolina you can legally record someone as long as one person knows it is recording.........and guess what....the person who set up the recorder knows that it is being recorded.

All this just came to light recently when they tried to sue a school principal for recording conversations in his office. The State Supreme Court threw it out because as long as 1 person knows it is being recorded it is legal. That includes the person doing the recording.....

If the law wasn't like that then Law Enforcement dash and mike recordings would be Illegal.

Just a heads up.
