If someone wrecked their car into my local post office I wouldn't believe it was an accident, just someone who had to wait 20 minutes in line with only 4 people ahead of them, while the only clerk on duty, chatted with each one of them, answered ridiculous questions about how delivery confirmation worked, and walked all over the 3,000 square foot building twice looking for a package someone had to sign for.
