http://www.usajobs.gov/. Most (if not all) federal organizations are now using this common site for job postings.
It's also good to know someone inside who can give some input into the type of openings available. Where are you in your career and what are you looking for? I work for the FAA and I know that there are a lot of controller openings if you have the stomach (or nerves) for that work.
