I'm limiting myself right now to 1 soda at work and 1 at home. Before I was drinking at least 2-20oz bottles of coke at work and who knows how much coke at home, alot. So I'm cutting AT LEAST 500 calories right there. I'm starting to eat less, I was snacking at work too. Hopefully by this time next month I'll notice a difference.
