Yup. And the same rule of thumb applies to many things: don't click on links, especially if you're on "Winblows" platforms and/or ones that claim you will get free xxxx, your picture is here, etc. I use either Linux, Unix or OS X (which I'm presently on). Also, change your password regularly.
