Me either, never actually seen a game 'sold out' at any store I have been to, hours or even days after it comes out. Per-order, so you can stand in line at midnight and trade a card for a game, or wait 15 minutes until all the pre-orders are filled and just get one.
Now if we can just get all you slappies to the XBox side

I will admit I did this with MW2 at Gamestop when my XBox finally quit being useful and I traded everything in.
