I can't see how the Cubans that fled could get their land back since it was nationalized. Yes, it's terrible, but it's no longer their property reguardless if it was taken unfairly from them, but for the good of the country.

As for the NC vs CC, yeah huge players are already owners with Habano's S.A. so at least those won't be a problem. The other brands though, that is going to be quite a pickle. I'm thinking the NC's will win out, and like how in Canada you can't get NC's, well you won't be able to get those CC's.
