I tore the labram in my shoulder about 5 months ago. The surgery has helped tremendously. I hope they approve you soon so that you can get on the road to healing.

I can't really make any recommendations about exercise. Just wanted to say good luck and don't try to push it - those injuries can get worse if you don't lay off of them.
