Re: Losing Weight with Starscream
Just ordered the Bowflex 3.1 Utility Bench. Besides the exercises in the Power90 program, I want to do more dumbbell work, especially for the chest and back. Based on the reviews, it's a decent unit for the money and easy to use. This should help get me to my goal of some decent muscle mass/definition.
