I go to Jacksonville frequently on business and there are two places that I like to visit. I also stay in the Baymeadows area, and these two places are not far from there. The first place is "Aromas"

This is a very comfortable place to spend an hour or more smoking a cigar, using your laptop, relaxing in large leather chairs, and taking advantage of their outstanding happy hour (1/2 price drinks, discounts (might be 1/2 price, not sure) on appetizers..call for the happy hour times, but I think it is until 7). They have live music on some nights. OnThursday and Friday nights in particular it is very popular with not just cigar smokers, but after-work crowds, groups of ladies, and all sorts of nice people. The other place I like to go to is called Island Girl Cigars
www.islandgirljax.com. They have 2 locations, one at Neptune Beach (about 30 mins from Baymeadows). I have not been to this location, but understand they have a lot of beers on draft. The location I have been to is at 7860 Gate Parkway. They have a better cigar selection than Aromas, and the atmosphere is comfortable. I've enjoyed spending an hour or longer enjoying my cigar, having a drink, and working on my laptop. Hope these suggestions help. I travel throughout the Southeast and these two are among my favorite cigar bars to go to.
