Tri Tips are definately a flavorable and juicy cut of meat. Here's a chart to id the location of this cut:



Chris, since you live in the St.Paul area, I'm sure you have some decent butcher shops. You may want to give them a call and ask them for a Tri Tip cut. It may also be known as Sirloin Tip Roast or Sirloin Roast in your area (but don't hold me to it). Just give your local butcher a ring and they'll hook you up
