Yeah, rigging raffles at youth football camps so that "blue-chip" recruits will win their memorabilia isn't an NCAA violation is it? Oh wait...yeah it is.
Not to mention it's pretty disgusting to cheat children out of their "lawn mowing money", as one assistant put it, just in the hopes of garnering favor in the minds of some future recruits.
