Is anyone else very tempted to jump on one of these?
I was looking for a CCO style, but.... Damn.
100% American made, stainless, many parts you would usually replace on a GI or standard on a higher priced unit (skelly trigger, Novak style sights, BTGS, commander hammer, titanium firing pin, ext mag release, flared & ext ejection port). It has a
lot going on. Ruger may have finally jumped in the 1911 x-ring with a mid-level winner. While the MSRP is only 799.... yeah, that's right, 799! I imagine they will get more than that for a while, but when the dust settles, the street on these should be a little over 6.... and that is a LOT of pistol for 6+.
