Jack arrives at his doctor's office for his yearly physical. He walks up to the counter and announces his arrival.
The nurse welcomes him to sit down in the waiting room. Shortly after, she says, "Jack, sorry to say, but your regular doctor retired several months ago so we've transfered your records to Dr. Smith".
Not wanting to waste any time, Jack replies, "ok, no problem".
15 minutes later Jack is waiting patiently in one of the examining rooms, when what walks in? a STUNNING, twenty somthing young LADY, Dr. Smith.
They exchange hellos and Dr. Smith begins her examination.
A short while later, Dr. Smith pauses, looks at Jack and says, "Jack, there are a couple things we need to discuss. The first thing is, I want you to stop masturbating".
Confused, Jack replies, "Why?"
"....because I'm trying to examine you"
