Absoulutely sure. Have a basement full of room that stays around 63-67 degrees year round. Plus it would allow you to buy a bigger cooler. You know you're going to fill an 80 quart pretty quick. Sam's has a 120 or 160 quart for around $70 that would be killer, but way to big for your parents house
