I owned 3 iPods over 3 years, every one of them failed in some way shortly after warranty. I understand that the warranty does last a generous period and the issues were all known to happen around a certain number of hours of operation for the older generation iPods, but that was the end of Apple media players for me. My Zune has thousands of hours of operation on it and still runs quietly and perfectly. Of course, I use Pandora on my phone now so much...
Was never willing to spend the extra money on a Mac computer when they were good for graphics and design, now the only thing they can truly tout is the long battery life on the MBP's, and that's not something I care about so no Mac computers for me. The iPad is nice, REAL nice, but I don't need one for any reason that my laptop isn't every bit as useful.
I would have owned an iPhone if Verizon had them back in the day. Now I have a Droid2 and absolutely love it, so I wouldn't buy an iPhone even if they came out on Verizon right now.
Mostly, Apple hasn't done much to attract my business.
