Frank, this workout is kicking my azz

Almost lost it on repping out the squats. That was brutally hard.
3rd week of training for a 1RM on squat and dead.
Squat 300x1, 335x1, 355x1, 300x10
Dead 295x1, 320x1, 350x1
Stretched and went home to shower and go to work. Think I'll use the foam roller tonight when I get home from work.
